We source fresh, seasonal produce from local farmers and partner with companies like Coffee Planet, using UAE-roasted coffee beans to support local businesses and promote sustainability.
Biodegradable Cutlery
We use locally sourced, biodegradable cutlery made from date palm leaves, reducing plastic waste while supporting local resources.
Waste Reduction & Food Redistribution
In partnership with The Waste Lab, we compost organic materials and distribute them to local farmers to enrich their soil. We also donate unused food to the UAE Food Bank.
